Common use cases
Convert HEIC to JPG

Is ZenConvert really free?
Yes. The core converter is free with no account required. Guest users get 5 conversions per day. A Pro plan (from ₹99/month) removes limits and unlocks advanced features.
Do my files get sent to a server?
No. All processing happens inside your browser using WebAssembly (FFmpeg) and the Canvas API. Your files never leave your device.
What image formats are supported?
Standard: JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, TIFF, HEIC. Advanced Mode adds 50+ more including JPEG XL, QOI, OpenEXR, NASA FITS, Amiga IFF, and many more.
What video formats are supported?
Standard: MP4, WebM, MKV, MOV, AVI, GIF output. Advanced Mode adds 50+ including Bink, RoQ, Smacker, DVD VOB, Blu-ray M2TS, PlayStation STR, and more.
What is the file size limit?
Guest: images up to 10 MB, videos up to 100 MB. Free account: images up to 25 MB, videos up to 250 MB. Pro: images up to 200 MB, videos up to 2 GB.
